Costs are based on time, not number of students. However, the recommended number of students per training session is 10 or less, for effective hands-on instruction. Customized training manuals are available for an additional fee.

• $50 per hour for consulting and individualized instruction

Effective January 1, 2009, new rates go into effect. All hourly rates will increase $5.
